This position is responsible for coordinating curriculum assessment and accreditation/certification reviews of academic programs. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with coordination and implementation of college recruitment, retention, and enrollment management activities that include annual student needs assessments, annual student tracking database, internships, career fairs, and scholarships; supporting the College's mission of excellence in teaching, research, and service; Building relationships and partnerships in ways that advance the goals of the college; representing the Dean when absent at events and activities.
Doctorate degree or terminal degree
1 – 2 years of administrative experience in a higher institution of learning.
Doctorate degree in Psychology, Juvenile Justice, Criminal Justice or a related field of study (e.g., criminology, sociology, political science, etc.) from an accredited university.
Preferred Experience Requirements:
10 years experience in higher education and a program of research related to the mission of the College. Tenure-track/tenured position. If tenured, must be eligible for tenure on arrival per University standards.
