The Department of Sociology at Iowa State University seeks Lecturers to teach undergraduate Sociology, Criminal Justice and/or Women & Gender Studies courses for Fall 2016 and/or Spring 2017 and/or Summer 2017. Courses may include but are not limited to: Soc 219 Intimate Relationships; Soc 230 Rural Society; Soc 235 Social Problems; Soc 305 Social Pysch; Soc 310 Community; Soc 327 Sex & Gender in Society; Soc 380 Sociology of Work; Soc 382 Environmental Sociology; Soc 352/CJSt Punishment, Corrections & Society. WS 201 Intro to Women’s Studies; or WS 301 Women & Gender International.
Required Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Sociology, Criminology, Women’s Studies or related field; College/University teaching experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
PhD in Sociology, Criminology, Women’s Studies or related field.
