The Instructor will facilitate the Behavior Choice Module (BCM) following the concepts of the Integrated Cognitive Behavior Change Program, utilized by the 19th Judicial Circuit's Adult and Juvenile Probation divisions.
Instructor must arrange weekly lessons with students, develop instructional plans, and respond to and evaluate student progress in line with outcomes and expectations of the department.
1. Training experience in the Integrated Cognitive Behavior Change program. 2. Experience in group facilitation. 3. Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Adult Education or related fields. 4. Ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
