Providing governance and oversight over the implementation of Financial Crime Compliance -related policies relating to Learning and its corresponding procedures in Region to ensure compliance with such policies and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
People and Talent (Responsibilities related to people and talent matters)
Collaborate with training teams to input to training curriculum to support closing of capability gaps.
Deliver/support Anti Money Laundering / Sanctions / Anti Bribery Corruption training programs to meet the training needs of the business.
Deliver/support Anti Money Laundering / Sanctions / Anti Bribery Corruption training programs to meet the training needs of Financial Crime Compliance.
Develop/refresh training courses/materials to support closing of capability gaps.
Assist in the preparation of Financial Crime Compliance training metrics and management reporting.
Identify the different needs and requirements of different employee segments for customization of training programs accordingly.
Design a training plan to ensure training programs are rolled-out effectively, successfully and timely.
Develop communications strategies and plans that deliver timely and relevant messages to the right stakeholders through appropriate activities and channels.
Group Financial Crime Compliance and HR Learning Teams to execute on Group Financial Crime Compliance Learning initiatives
Partnership with ASA Financial Crime Compliance Functional Heads to address Financial Crime Compliance Learning needs for their staff and the processes they manage
Training Support to DDM / COBAM, CDD Ops and CET teams to strengthen their understanding of Financial Crime risk and ensure ongoing adherence and clarification on the Anti Money Laundering / Sanctions / Anti Bribery Corruption policies and procedures to adequately supports the Anti Money Laundering / Client Due Diligence duties required in their roles.
