Required Specific Experience: Experience in a building trade, such as plumbing, electrical or HVAC.
Preferred Minimum Level of Experience: Considerable - 4 to 7 years
Preferred Specific Experience: Experience in more than one of the building trades and/or certification in a trade(s).
Preferred License or Certification: Master or Journeyman certification in one of more of the building trades.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge and skill in general electrical practices. Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as mowers, tractors, power tools, hand tools, etc. Ability to understand and perform maintenance on equipment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Extensive knowledge and skill in one or more of the building trades.
